Phase 14 will occur during October and November of 2024 and consist of: 1) Completion of the roadside mitigation for the remaining roads (see below, roads marked in yellow). 2) Going back through all ISLA roads and cutting any overhanging trees straight up 15' from the edge of the road and 3) Widening all pistol turnarounds to a 66' diameter
